From hands-on sessions to conversations over coffee, the workshop runs at the Akagera management camp, set inside Akagera National Park in eastern Rwanda. The camp is your base for the week, with accommodation, meals, and training space on site. African Parks manages the park and hosts us there.

Your registration fee covers accommodation at the Akagera management camp, all meals during the workshop, park fees, and transfers to and from Kigali. Fees are tiered by region (US$500–$680 for the full track, US$380–$560 for the limited track), with reduced rates for EAC member countries. Final pricing will be confirmed at registration.
Airfare to and from Kigali is not included and will be your responsibility.
